The house itself is simply stunning. It consists of 3 floors - basement, ground floor, and upper floor. The basement is a spacious wine cellar creating a perfect rustic gathering space with an extra large table seating 12.

On the ground floor, you will find a large bedroom with a TV and ensuite bathroom, a laundry room as well as a guest bath. Expect a fully appointed kitchen, a large dining area, and a furnished living room/communal area with a large TV. The main floor has 4 large sliding doors that open out to a large terrace, fountain and infinity pool. In addition, there is a covered outdoor kitchen with a grill, bar seating as well as a table that seats 12.
There are an additional 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, each with an en-suite bathroom, their own TVs, and ample closet spaces. The upstairs features an additional living room (equipped to transform into a sleeping area), and a furnished terrace overlooking the pool and outdoor spaces. Throughout the home, you will notice unique decorative touches that nod to the property’s historic past. While the home may be new, its heart is an old soul that cannot wait to welcome guests.
